💢🦷 ฟันตกกระ คืออะไร เกิดจากอะไร

คือ การที่ผิวเคลือบฟันมีจุด/ปื้นสีขาว ขาวขุ่น เหลือง หรือน้ำตาล กระจายอยู่บนตัวฟัน 

บางคนเรียก “ฟันเป็นด่าง” ทำให้ฟันดูไม่เนียน สีไม่สม่ำเสมอ ถึงแม้จะแปรงสะอาดแล้วก็ยังเห็นชัด 

เกิดจากอะไร ?

1️⃣ ได้รับฟลูออไรด์มากเกินไปตอนฟันกำลังสร้างตัว ตั้งแต่อายุ 1-13 ขวบ 

• กลืนยาสีฟันบ่อย
• กินน้ำที่มีฟลูออไรด์สูง ทำให้เคลือบฟันพัฒนาไม่สมบูรณ์

2️⃣ โครงสร้างเคลือบฟันผิดปกติ

เกิดจาก

• ขาดสารอาหารตอนเด็ก
• เจ็บป่วยรุนแรง / มีไข้สูง
• คลอดก่อนกำหนด
• ทำให้ผิวฟันเป็นจุดด่างหรือหลุมเล็ก ๆ

3️⃣ การใช้ยาบางชนิดในวัยเด็ก

เช่น ยาปฏิชีวนะบางกลุ่ม (เช่น เตตราไซคลิน) อาจทำให้ฟันเปลี่ยนสีถาวร

4️⃣ พันธุกรรม

บางคนเคลือบฟันบางหรือมีลักษณะฟันตกกระตั้งแต่กำเนิด

Some antibiotics (such as tetracycline) may cause permanent tooth discoloration.

Some people naturally have thinner enamel or are born with enamel defects.
